Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform.
The shipping process has been initiated.
The product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
2. Perishable Items
Vanasol Technologies Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the user establishes that the delivered product is of poor quality.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items:
Please report the issue to our customer service team within 1 day of receiving the product.
The request will be processed only after the seller/merchant listed on the Platform verifies and confirms the issue.
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must report this to our customer service team within 1 day of delivery. The team will evaluate the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
4. Warranty Issues
For complaints related to products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
5. Refunds
In case any refund is approved by Vanasol Technologies Private Limited, it will be processed within 1 day of approval.
