Getup-Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 1 day of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided if the content has already been delivered or downloaded.


2. Digital Services

All costume guides, lookbooks, or downloadable styling kits are non-refundable once accessed.


3. Incomplete Delivery or Errors

If your purchase is incomplete or faulty, contact us within 24 hours.
We’ll verify the issue and either deliver the missing content or issue a refund.


4. Payment Gateway

All transactions are processed by Razorpay.
We do not handle payment data. Razorpay’s processing time applies to refunds.


5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1 working day of approval.
